The HelpDesk is a FREE service provided by Network-Able Solutions.
*OPTIONAL* REMOTE CONNECTION BASED SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE (home or office):
IF you require a remote support session, there is a fee of $55.00 for up to one hour of consecutive remote access.
Minimum charge is $55.00. Charge may be waived if a repair is not possible remotely. If a remote support incident results in an onsite visit, then 50% the first hours remote access charge will be credited to the onsite visit time. On site support visits are billed at $75.00 per hour. One hour minimum.
